PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind and water power generation device capable of effectively converting kinetic energy of wind power and water power into electric energy to significantly enhance power generation efficiency.SOLUTION: A wind and water power generation device 1 includes: a water turbine 4 rotating in a fixed direction; a first input shaft 23 linked with a main shaft 15 of the water turbine 4, and rotating in a fixed direction; a windmill 5 rotating in a fixed direction; a second input shaft 31 linked with a main shaft 28 of the windmill, and reversely rotating to the first input shaft 23; and a dynamo 6 liked with the first input shaft 23 and second input shaft 31, and configured to generate power with relative rotation of those shafts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
