Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically form a gap between a capsule member and a support member by moving a moving support member by a balloon control cylinder and generating an air flow in fluff control member at the time of passing a yarn through the fluff control member.
SOLUTION: When a yarn (y) wround round a yarn feed bobbin is used out, a balloon control cylinder 2 is raised to be arranged on the outside of a fluff control member 3, and the control cylinder 2 is brought into contact with a stopper fixed to a moving support member s9 to lift up the moving support member s9. Subsequently, compressed air is supplied to an air jet hole s19 of a storing member S to form a rising air flow in the fluff control member 3 with air jetted from an outlet s18'. Accordingly, a yarn (y) blown up from the lower side is passed through a gap between the lower half capsule body c2 of the floating capsule member C and the support member s7, an annular gap 10 and a gap between the trumpet-like hole part s12 of the moving support member s9 and the upper half capsule body c1, and drawn out from the upper part of the fluff control member 3. Thus, threading is completed.
