Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable productivity several times as high as conventional one without using a plurality of units of winders, by having a plurality of retaining means, which retain a bobbin in specified posture, corresponding to winding means, and performing winding in parallel at a time on the plural bobbins.
SOLUTION: This winder is provided with four guide units 59, 60, 61, and 62 for winding a wire supplied by nozzle units 35 and 36 in cooperation with these nozzle units 35 and 36. The nozzle units 35 and 36 are supported shiftably on the mover consisting of a table 40 shifted by a pair of right and left guide rails 31. Work receiving stages 74 and 75 for receiving the bobbin constituting a work are arranged in the winding position besides being ahead of the nozzle units 35 and 36 and guide units 59, 60, 61, and 62. Then, the winding of the wire is performed by rotating the receiving stages 74 and 75 by the action of an actuator 78.
