The winding beginning end correction device comprises the winding beginning end correction tool having an L-shaped fixing member having a fixing part fixable to a winding beginning end part of the coil-form plate material around which a metal plate is wound multiple times, a magnet installed in the fixing member and magnetizable to a side surface of the coil-form plate material and a gripping part extended from the fixing member in the direction opposed to the fixing part and winding beginning end correction tool support means connected to the winding beginning end correction tool separated from the coil-form plate material.
