Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding device capable of generation of creases and lateral displacement even when winding an electrode material in which a coated part with an active material layer disposed on the surface thereof and a non-coated part where no active material layer is disposed are mixed, and a manufacturing method of an electrode.SOLUTION: A winding device 10 includes: an unwinding roll 11 for unwinding an electrode material 70; a winding roll 13 for winding the electrode material; a discrimination section 30 for mutually discriminating a product part 77 in which the active material layer is disposed and a lead part 73 where the active material layer is not disposed, on a surface of a metal foil 71 of the electrode material; and a dancer roll 15 of which the swing position is controlled in such a manner that, when winding the lead part around the winding roll, a tensile force to be applied to the electrode material becomes smaller in comparison with winding the product part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
