Abstract:
To provide a winding device and a winding method for continuously and automatically forming a thread-like body sent from a previous process into a bundle of thread-like bodies, having features that a ratio of waste yarn is small, a mechanism of a device is simple, a device in a post-process is easy to arrange, and operability and maintainability are good.SOLUTION: A winding device 1 includes a left-handed frame body 10L, a right-handed frame body 10R, and a thread passing mechanism 20 capable of moving a thread-like body 7 between the left-handed frame body 10L and the right-handed frame body 10R. A first rotation axis CL1 of the left-handed frame body 10L and a second rotation axis CL2 of the right-handed frame body 10R are parallel to each other, and a position to wind the thread-like body 7 of the left-handed frame body 10L and a position to wind the thread-like body 7 of the right-handed frame body 10R are arranged side by side on a first virtual plane VS1 orthogonal to the first rotation axis CL1 and the second rotation axis CL2. After a thread-like body guiding portion 20d of the thread passing mechanism 20 is formed after a hollow fiber bundle 70 is created in the left-handed frame body 10L, the thread-like body 7 is moved from the left-handed frame body 10L to the right-handed frame body 10R along the first virtual plane VS1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
