Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding device or the like which suppresses adverse effects on the feeding accuracy of a printing medium in a printing apparatus.SOLUTION: A winding device comprises: a winding shaft 205 which winds up roll paper S fed from a printing apparatus 100 having a feeding unit 115 for feeding the roll paper S; a power input unit 206 to which a power from the feeding unit 115 is input; a winding-side power transfer mechanism for transferring the power input to the power input unit 206 to the winding shaft 205; and a lever 208 which is movable between a first position P1 where the roll paper S feeding path starting from the printing apparatus 100 to the winding shaft 205 is bent, and a second position P2 where the feeding path is bent at a shallower angle than in the first position P1, and on which a force toward the first position P1 is acting.
