Abstract:
PURPOSE: To permit winding a band material smoothly by engaging a pin with notches of the band material and rotating this pin by rotation of a driving wheel and action of a cam mechanism.
CONSTITUTION: A band material 1 is supplied to a cylindrical casing 2 tangentially thereof, bent spirally in the casing 2 and wound successively around a mandrel 3 to form a stator core 4. By rotation of a driving wheel and action of a cam mechanism, a pin engages successively with notches 8 of the band material being guided tangentially and by rotation of this pin together with the driving wheel, the band material 1 is bent by force, guided spirally by a spiral guiding mechanism and wound around the mandrel 3.
