Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow stopping of winding operation without delays when disturbance, even minute ones, to take place during winding operation.
SOLUTION: A nozzle 7, which moves in axis direction of a rotating bobbin 1 and regulates a winding position P, relative to the bobbin 1 for supplying a wire material L, a sensor 8 which moves in synchronism with nozzle 7 to detect the winding disturbance of the wire material L at the winding position P of the bobbin 1, a stop means 15 which stops the rotation of the bobbin 1, and a controller 14 which instructs the stop means 15 to stop, based on a winding disturbance detection signal of the sensor 8 are provided. For the means, the sensor always capture such winding position since disturbance occurs as a detection target, thus even a minute disturbance can surely be detected. The winding disturbance detection signal of the sensor 8 is transferred to the controller 14. The controller 14, upon receiving the winding disturbance detection signal from the sensor 8, instructs the stop means 15 to stop immediately.
