Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a winding drum for light transmitting fiber, which has double-structure flange including a small-diametered flange element and a large-diametered flange element, and in which coefficient of thermal expansion of the small-diametered flange element is greater than that of the large-diametered flange element, whereby it is prevented that light transmitting fiber, wound on winding barrel, is snapped due to change in temperature.
