Abstract:
PURPOSE: To increase varnish to be loaded in slots in an iron core and to prevent a large amount of varnish from sticking to the iron core surface, although the relevant method is intended to harden varnish by heating the winding with electric current flowing in it.
CONSTITUTION: A stator 1 is immersed in varnish 8. A winding 3 in the stator 1 is heated with current flowing in it, thereby hardening the varnish 8 to insulate the winding 3. The varnish has two peaks in hardening temperature characteristics, and the reaction starting temperature corresponding to the lower peak temperature of the varnish is almost equal to the temperature of the winding 3 in a slot 2a while the winding is being heated.
