Abstract:
PURPOSE: To change one by one a reverse position in the traverse direction of a bobbin in each winding so as to wind a wire rod by uniformly determining the traverse reverse timing irrespective of a width between flange peripheries of the mounted bobbin for preventing disorder of winding on the bobbin of the wire rod, in a winding machine of bobbin traverse system.
CONSTITUTION: A rotary encoder 24 is mounted on a bobbin traverse shaft 20 of a right/left reciprocating winding machine to control forward/reverse rotation of a bobbin traverse driving motor M by a traverse control unit 30 having a microprocessor 31, and an output signal of the encoder is transmitted to the traverse control unit, so that based on a rotational speed of the bobbin traverse shaft after traverse reversing and a number of traverse reversing times, the bobbin traverse driving motor is forward/reverse rotated by the traverse control unit in accordance with a predetermined program.
