Abstract:
To provide a winding machine for performing winding on a pole of a core of an inner rotor type motor that does not use a specific tool such as a transit wire guide, has a simple structure and high versatility, and enables visibility of a formation state of a lower transit wire, and a transit wire formation device therefor.SOLUTION: A winding machine M comprises: a nozzle driving device 1; a wire guiding device 2 that guides a wire that has been wound around a pole to an outer side of a core; a winding indexing device 3 that holds the core and performs indexing of the winding; and transit wire formation means 4 for making the wire pass under from the pole that has been wound around the core to the pole which is to be wound next. By switching between a first state in which the core C is rotated and indexed via a rotating member 31 by a core index motor 33 and a second state in which the core C is rotated relative to the rotating member 31, the core is rotated and a wire W drawn by the wire guiding device 2 is passed under the core C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
