Abstract:
PURPOSE: To adjust a contact pressure of a touch roller against a winding package easily and properly.
CONSTITUTION: A winding machine is provided with load cells 24 and 37 to detect the contact pressure of a touch roller against a winding package 1 during winding and a roller position adjusting means to adjust the position of the touch roller 2 relative to the winding package 1 based on the detected values of the load cells 24 and 37. Also the load cells 24 and 31 are provided in the axial direction of the touch roller and apart from each other. Then the roller position adjusting means is formed with an inclined mechanism 44 which inclines the touch roller 2 in vertical direction.
