PURPOSE: To enable sharp sensing of winding short circuits during winding even this work is done in the state of variation in temperature in wires by a method wherein the temperature of wires is always measured through slip rings, thus displaying all the resistance values of wires converted into a temperature by that and all the resistance values.

CONSTITUTION: Slip rings 7, 7' and temperature-measuring elements 6, 6' are installed to the winding machine 1 and a feed-out machine 2, and all the resistance values of the wires 5 converted into a temperature are displayed by means of a measurement part 12 from the temperature of the wires 5 measured by those elements 6 and 6' and all the resistance values of the wires 5 measured via slip rings 7 and 7'.
