PURPOSE: To maintain the configuration of a plastic member by bonding soft foam bodies each having a defined thickness on the whole areas of both faces of a long band like nonelastic reinforcing cloth, bonding an elastic pad cloth on the whole area on each of the outer faces of both soft foam bodies, and forming a long band like winding material for winding a laminated body.

CONSTITUTION: First, elastic pad cloths 4-1, 4-2 on both outer faces prevent generation of wrinkles, and the projecting part caused by difference in thickness in the width direction of a plastic member 10 is completely compensated inward by foamed bodies 3-1, 3-2 having defined thickness, to form a roll having no difference in outside diameter in the winding width direction. Therefore, the plastic member 10 is squashed and bending in the longitudinal direction is eliminated, enabling the temporarily storage of a plastic member in a state of a roll having no deformation.
