Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable conversion of a winding shaft without moving the winding shaft and to enable high-speed and smooth conversion of the winding shaft, by a method wherein the tip of a beltform substance cut by a cutting part during conversion of the winding shaft is guided to the winding shaft on the winding starting side by means of a guide plate. CONSTITUTION:When a given amount is wound around a winding shaft 11a, a cylinder 14b on the opposite side to the shaft 11a is actuated. A support part 17 is pressed to rotate a guide plate 13, and a base end part 13a is rotated in the direction of the shaft 11a and a tip part 13b in the direction of a winding shaft 11b on the winding starting side. In which case, a beltform substance F is pressed against the base end part 13a of the guide plate 13 and is moved forward in a state to be bent in the direction of the shaft 11a. When a cutter roll 9 of a cutting part 4 is rotated to cut the beltform substance F, a cut terminal Fa is wound around the shaft 11a, and a tip Fb is fed to nip rolls 6 and 6 of a conveyance part 2. The tip is guided in the direction of the shaft 11b by means of the guide plate 13, and is wound around the shaft 11b along with rotation of the shaft 11b and a winding disc 12, and winding by the winding shaft 11b is started.
