To provide an elastic bobbin winder body of large winding amount, superior in the reliability and the shape retainability of a bobbin winder body by applying the force larger than that at the end of winding, to the elastic bobbin winder body by a contact roller at the start of winding for effective winding.
In the winding of an elastic thread 2 onto a tube 1 by bringing a contact roller 3 into contact with the tube 1 and rotating the same, the force to be applied to the elastic bobbin winder body by the contact roller 3 at the start of winding is larger than that at the end of the winding. When the force to be applied to the elastic bobbin winder body by the contact roller 3 at the start of winding is smaller than that at the end of the winding, the friction between the elastic thread 2 and the tube 1 becomes small, which causes the slipping of the elastic thread 2 on the surface of the tube 1, and prevents the elastic thread 2 from being wound on the tube 1. When the force at the end of winding is not smaller than that at the start of winding, the reeling tensile force of the elastic thread 2 becomes uneven, and a size of the elastic thread 2 is varied corresponding to the reeling tensile force.
