Title:
WINDING METHOD FOR ROTARY ARMATURE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3768836
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a winding method for a rotating armature which can wind wires surely and easily, even if opening directions of slots are not both perpendicular to approaching directions of respective formers and to the axial direction of a core, for instance in case of skew slots, etc.
SOLUTION: In this winding method, as movable parts 54 and 56 guiding copper wires, etc., constituting windings 20, to slots 60 approach a core 24 in directions inclined about the axis of the core 24 from approaching directions of former parts 30 to the core 24, sides of the outer circumference of the core 24, perpendicular both to the axial direction of the core 24 and to the approaching directions of the former parts 30 to the core 24, do not obstruct the approaches of the movable parts 54 and 56 to the neighborhoods of the poles of the slots 60. With such a constitution, the movable parts 54 and 56 can be pressed against the outer circumference of the core 24 in the neighborhoods of the poles of the slots 60, so that the copper wires constituting the windings 20 can be guided easily and surely into the slots 60 and can be wound to form the windings 20 easily and surely.
