Abstract:
PURPOSE:To simplify the winding work of a rotor coil for a coreless motor by applying internal pressure to a cylindrical bag to expand the middle part in a spherical shape, winding a coil on the outer surface of the spherical shape to form a spherical winding unit and then forming it in a cylindrical shape. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical bag 9 is mounted on a winding core, and air or liquid is supplied under pressure into the bag 9. The middle part of the cylindrical wall of the bag 9 is expanded substantially in the spherical shape, and maintained in the state. Subsequently, a coil W is wound on the outer surface of the spherical shape to form a spherical winding unit C. Then, the internal pressure of the bag 9 is evacuated, the winding unit C of correcting tubular tube is pressed from outside to form it in a cylindrical shape. According to said method, the winding work can be largely simplified and increased in efficiency.
