Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method for winding a wire for a fusion-bonding joint in which a twist can be corrected when the wire is wound on a mandrel for forming the joint.
CONSTITUTION: A method for winding a wire 1 formed of a metal wire 11 of a circular section and a resin layer 12 of a semicylindrical section for covering the surface of the wire 11 and in which a part corresponding to a semicylindrical bottom becomes a flat surface 13 continued in a longitudinal direction in a state that the surface 13 is brought into contact with a mandrel 2, comprises the steps of forming the wire 1 by a twist correcting jig 4, inserting the wire 1 into a through hole 41 formed of six flat surfaces 41a, 41b, 41c, 41d, 41e, 41f in outer contact with the wire 1, and then winding it on the mandrel 2.
