Title:
WINDING FOR OIL-IMMERSED TRANSFORMER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH1126260
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the main insulating distance of a winding for oil-immersed transformer and improve the mechanical strength of the winding. SOLUTION: A linear spacer 8 is formed by alternately putting tapered insulating pieces 10, 11, and 12 upon another, in such a way that the piece 11 is inserted between the pieces 10 and 12 and firmly binding the pieces 10, 11, and 12 with an insulator 13 which shrinks, when the insulator 13 is heated or dried. When the spacer 8 is heated in a drying process, the insulator 13 shrinks and the thickness of the spacer 8 is increased, because the piece 11 is inserted more deeply between the pieces 10 and 12 by the shrinkage force of the insulator 13. Therefore, the occurrence of a gap between a high-voltage winding 2 or an insulating pipe 7 and the linear space 8 can be prevented, even if the insulating coating of the pipe 7 or winding 2 shrinks as the coating is dried.
