PURPOSE: To provide a method for winding a strip piece on the mouth part of a bottle, capable of automatically winding the strip piece on the mouth part, thereby capable of reducing the culture cost of a mushroom, such as Flammylina velutipes, or the culture cost of a vegetable, such as KAIWARE DAIKON (a kind of radish), and enabling the consistent artificial culture of the mushroom or vegetable.

CONSTITUTION: A method for winding a strip piece on the mouth part of a bottle comprises holding a strip piece P on a winding drum member d6, disposing the lower side p3 of the strip piece P held on the winding drum member on the mouth part b1 of a bottle, rotating the winding drum member to wind the strip piece on the winding drum member and on the periphery of the mouth part of the bottle, adhering the end parts P1, P2 of the strip piece to each other, releasing the holding of the strip piece with the winding drum member, and subsequently separating the strip piece from the winding drum member.
