To provide a winding structure for a rotating field motor of which coil connection can be made with one piece of continuous winding while using a star connection.

This winding structure is constituted of U-phase, V-phase, W- phase terminals 4u, 4v, 4w to which the excitation currents of three phases of the U-phase, the V-phase, the W-phase are supplied, respectively, and an even number pieces of coils 6u1, 6u2, 6v1, 6v2, 6w1, 6w2 which are respectively parallel-connected between the respective terminals 4u, 4v, 4w and the neutral points 5a-5c with a star connection. Each coil of 6u1, 6u2, 6v1, 6v2, 6w1, 6w2 are connected through each terminal of 4u, 4v, 4w and the neutral points 5a-5c alternately.
