This flexible heat retaining sheet of the winding type bathtub lid, which closes a bathtub A by pulling out the heat retaining sheet 6 from one end to the other end of the bathtub or opens the bathtub A by winding it around a winder rod 2 provided at one end of the bathtub A, is so formed that one end of the heat retaining sheet 6 is detachably wound around the winder rod 2, a table part is detachably provided at the other end, and the table part 9 is formed to freely stop at an intermediate position of the bathtub A.
