Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized balun transformer of simple structure which is suitable for surface mounting.
SOLUTION: A circuit is formed by a drum type core 12, having end part flanges 13 and 14 on both ends, at least a center flange 15 and two or more winding grooves, a tabular core 16 which is provided along the drum type core 12, and the windings wound on each winding groove in this balun transformer. In this case, one side face 19 of the above-mentioned center flange is formed on the position retreated from the surface which links one side face of the end part flanges 13 and 14 on both ends, a pair of electrodes 7 which are opposing with each other are formed on the side face of the end part flange 13 and 14 on both ends of the core, and an electrode is formed on the other side face of the center flange part 15.
