To provide a winding-up device easy to handle for anyone in peeling and winding up a self-adhesive line tape used in an indoor sport with a simple, safe, pleasant and easy operation and having compactness and light-weight.

A bearing cup 7 and a rotation transmitting cup 10 are fixed on both ends of a winding-up part 8 by a fixing insertion pipe 13. A main shaft 6 with a handle 1 is inserted into and pivoted on a metal 4 of a support plate 9 supporting the fixing insertion pipe 13 and a metal 5 of the bearing cup 7. Torque of an electric motor is transmitted to a rotation-transmitting hexagonal shaft 12 of the cup 10 to rotate the winding-up part 8, the cup 7 and the cup 10. A method for using the device comprises the steps of sticking the edge of the line tape onto the winding-up part 8, rotating it and pulling the tape to peel and wind up at the same time.
