PURPOSE: To facilitate to connect the titled device directly to machines and equipments and take out wind energy efficiently by a method wherein a deflector tube, surrounding the outer periphery of the turbine blades thereof attached to the location of the upright upper opening of a wind tunnel, is provided in the device.
CONSTITUTION: An inlet port 10, opening in horizontal direction at the side surface of the wind tunnel 8, and an outlet port 12, opening in vertical direction at the upper surface thereof, are formed while the deflector tube 11 is formed at the outlet port 12 so as to surround the periphery of the turbine blades 21. The wind tunnel 8 is attached to the rotary shaft 13 of the wind tunnel and is supported so as to be able to rotate smoothly about the vertical axial line thereof. Wind, passing through the turbine blades 21, is discharged to the rear direction of the wind tunnel due to the shape of the deflector tube 11 at the outlet port 12 of the wind tunnel and is discharged smoothly without being stagnated by the helical grooves of a difuser 22.
