Abstract:
To provide a windmill wake flow calculation device capable of calculating a state of a wake flow in a windmill with a less number of times of calculations and higher accuracy, and a windmill wake flow calculation method.SOLUTION: A windmill wake flow calculation device according to the embodiment comprises: a calculation lattice generation section which generates a mesh model constituted of a plurality of calculation lattices; a first model generation section which generates an actuator disc part by modeling a wind-receiving surface of a windmill rotor as a fixed resistor within a range of calculation lattices corresponding to at least a portion of a range from a rotation center of a blade to a first diameter; a second model generation section which generates a solid part by modeling the wind-receiving surface of the windmill rotor as a shield part within a range of calculation lattices corresponding to at least a portion of a range from the first diameter to a rotor diameter; and a calculation control section which calculates a wind speed and a wind direction for each calculation lattice by using the actuator disc part and the solid part on the basis of a governing equation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
