To provide a manufacturing method of a windmill vane which facilitates the low-cost manufacture of a windmill vane generating little airflow noise occurring by rotation of a rotor, a windmill vane manufactured thereby, and a wind power generating machine equipped with the windmill vane.
By applying, spraying, print-transferring or bonding a gel viscoelastic substance to the surface of a windmill vane body, or dipping the body into the gel viscoelastic substance, the whole or a part of the windmill vane body is coated with the gel viscoelastic substance. Riblets are formed with respect to the gel viscoelastic substance covering the windmill vane body so as to alternatively dispose recesses and protrusions in the longitudinal direction of the windmill vane and arrange the recesses and protrusions in a stripe form in the lateral direction.
