The window bar device is formed of horizontally arranged guide rails, the plurality of lattice bars arranged orthogonally to the guide rails and connected to each other by strings, and sliders fixed to the respective lattice bars, for sliding along the guide rails. Herein each slider has a sash roller attached thereto, and therefore the sash roller slides along the guide rail.
