The traction rod 26 is telescopically movable in the longitudinal direction so that a clearance toward the guide rail 13 is largely changed with the movement of the blind sheet 24. The traction rod 26 comprises a center member 27 and two end members 28 and 29, and the center member 27 is constantly retained in a centering state relative to the end members 28 and 29 by a centering device 35.
