To automatically detect dirt and clean dirty windows by installing an automatic window cleaning machine, a management terminal and an automatic window cleaning machine storage station in a high-rise building and attaching dirt detection sensors to all the windows; and to automatically replace cleaning appliances of the automatic window cleaning machine by setting the cleaning appliances in a spare storage part of the storage station and automatically detecting the durable service lives of the cleaning appliances.

This automatic window cleaning system is provided with a management terminal executing a day management, a dirt detection sensor detecting the dirt of windows and notifying it to the management terminal, an automatic window cleaning machine automatically cleaning the windows based on a command received form the management terminal when elapsing prescribed days or detecting the dirt, and the storage station storing the automatic window cleaning machine. The storage station has the spare storage part storing spare cleaning appliances of the automatic window cleaning machine, and a cleaning appliance replacement part replacing the used cleaning appliance of the automatic window cleaning machine for a spare cleaning appliance.
