To provide a window cleaning device for wiping a window more comfortably by reducing a difference of an operating force caused by varying thickness of a glass or the like.
A window cleaning device is composed of a first member 2 on a primary side which is operated to move along one surface of a glass, and a second member 3 on a secondary side which is magnetically attracted to the first member 2 through the window therebetween, wherein at least the second member 3 cleans the window surface by moving the second member 3 along the other surface of the window following the moving first member 2. In this case, a magnet 8 for attracting is provided one of the first member 2 and the second member 3 for magnetically attracting the first member 2 and the second member 3, and a magnet 8 or a magnetic material for attracting is provided on the other. Auxiliary magnets 9 and 10 are provided on the first member 2 and the second member 3 respectively besides the magnet 8 or a magnetic material for attracting so that polar characters of the auxiliary magnet 9 of the first member 2 and the auxiliary magnet 10 of the second member 3 repel each other.
