PURPOSE: To save labor and improve safety by giving cleaning start commands to a sticking/moving means of a cleaning head, a window wiping roller, and a detergent feeding/recovering means, specifying the cleaning time and/or the cleaning range, and operating these means with an arithmetic processing means.

CONSTITUTION: When a cleaning head is pressed to an object to be cleaned and a vacuum pump 13 is driven via an operation panel 12, eight moving rollers 10 are sucked to a window to fit the cleaning head. Set signals of the revolving speed of a window wiping roller 3 and the moving speed, moving range, and cleaning time of the cleaning head are sent to an arithmetic processor 11 by a control device main body. Control actions for a small pump 6 attached to a detergent tank 5, a small pump 8 attached to a detergent recovering tank 7, a compressor 9, a heater 14, and the vacuum pump 13 are started. The cleaning head starts moving, a detergent is sprayed by a detergent spray unit 1 and recovered by a detergent recovery unit 2, and the window is wiped by the window wiping roller 3.
