To provide a window elevating device regulating the moving range by itself for regulating at elevating position of a window pane, and dispensing with a regulating member on the body side of an automobile.

This window elevating device is provided with a ring gear 41 set in a fixed state, a planetary gear 45 rotated with eccentricity in the state of meshing with the ring gear 41 by the turning force of a driving shaft 42, a rotary disc 46 for transmitting the rotation of the planetary gear 45 to an arm 5, and a stopper gear 44 fixed to the ring gear 41 for regulating the turning position of the planetary gear 45. With the eccentric rotation of the planetary gear 45, a stopper pin 453 provided on the planetary gear 45 is brought into collision with a stopper projection 442 provided on the stopper gear 44, thereby regulating rotation of the planetary gear 45 to regulate rotation of the arm 5. Thus, the moving position of the window pane is regulated.
