PURPOSE: To fix a glass plate with the same fixing metal fitting, regardless of the size of a glass window.

CONSTITUTION: In a glass window where a band-shaped elastic material 4 U-shaped in cross section is fitted all around the rim 3 of itself made at the door 1 of a switchboard and a glass plate 6 is arranged so that the full rim of this glass plate 6 can be stuck fast to the band-shaped elastic material 4, and further the glass board 6 is welded by pressure to the door 1 by a fixing metal fitting 7 thereby being supported, the fixing metal fittings 7 are made, being bent roughly in a U shape, and are attached at optional intervals to the rim of the window 2.
