PURPOSE: To enhance the fineness of appearance of a car, in which each corner of the roof panel is formed in an arc of a circle, by providing an extension part at the top of the side end of a window glass covering the external surface of a pillar, wherein said extension part stretches around toward the door window glass.
CONSTITUTION: Each corner 6a of the roof panel 6 of a car is formed in an arc of a circle. Each side end of the front window glass 1 covers the external surface of a front pillar 2 in further continuity to the door window glass 3. The front window glass 1 is composed of a wind shield part 1a covering the front face of the front window and a garnish part 1b covering the external surface of the front pillar 2. Therein the garnish part 1b is provided at its top of side end with an extension part 10, which stretches around toward the door window glass 3. This extension part 10 covers the triangle zone formed between the front top of the door window glass 3 and the roof panel 6.
