A receptacle 23 is attached to the upper part of a paper door frame 4 adapted to be opened and closed by rotating a drive shaft 7 provided in the lower part of an upper frame 5 in a window frame 1. A center shaft 26 is laid in the lower part of the upper frame 5 in parallel with the drive shaft 7, and a hook 27 swingably supported to the center shaft is provided with a protrusion piece 32. The hook 27 is rotatably attached thereto with an elastic ring 35 having an outer diameter larger than a distance between the drive shaft 7 and the center shaft 26. The paper door frame 4 is swung in its closing direction so that the hook 27 is swung in its engaging direction under action of the receptacle 23 pressing the projecting piece 32. Thus, the hook 27 is engaged with the receptacle 23 so that the paper door frame 4 is locked in its full close position. When the drive shaft 7 is rotated in its opening direction, the elastic ring 35 made into elastic contact with both the drive shaft 7 and the center shaft 26 is subjected to self-rotation while revolution around the center shaft 26 by making contact with the drive shaft 7 in order to switch the hook 27 in its disengaging direction so as to swing the paper door frame 4 in its opening direction.
