To provide a window sash drawing device usable for a projecting window in which a window sash falls by its weight for natural ventilation.
In accordance with operation by an operator 5, a slide plate 43 is slid in the length direction of a transom 12, so that a pushing projection 431 on it rotates a rotation plate 44 pivotally supported by the transom 12 and a drawing arm 45 fixed to it. A drawing projection 432 on the slide plate 43 passes under the drawing arm 45 so as to pass in wrap around way a drawing block 452 projected downward from a lower surface of the drawing arm 45 to draw and close the window sash 2. A lock pin 461 on the window sash 2 is locked to a slide hook 46 that is interlocked with the slide plate 43 for locking it. As the slide plate 43 and the slide hook 46 are restored in the opposite direction by the operator 5, a window sash brake device disposed between the window sash 2 and a style 13 causes the window sash 2 to fall by its weight till it is open.
