This window shutter device with a rolling screen comprises: a shutter curtain 4 and a net body 9 for respectively opening and closing the opening part; a winding shaft 5 for shutter curtain and a winding shaft 10 for screen curtain installed above the opening part; and a screen curtain-cum-guide rail 8 vertically installed on the left and right sides of the opening part. A pair of rotating pieces 804 rotatable between a fist attitude in which they extend in the lateral direction W of a groove and a second attitude in which they extend in the depth direction D of the groove are installed in the guide rail 8. The rotating pieces 804 guides the net body 9 in the first attitude, and guides the shutter curtain in the second attitude.
