Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting device with which a window stay can be quickly mounted on a window frame.
SOLUTION: A mounting device includes a mounting bracket 11 which can be mounted on part of a window structure, such as a window frame or window sash. The mounting bracket 11 has an abutment 25 having an opening 26 accommodating a tub 27 at one end of the mounting base 10 of a window stay. The mounting bracket 11 also has a clip 23 which can be engaged in a cutout in the mounting base 10 of the window stay. Therefore, the window stay can quickly be mounted on the mounting base 10 previously mounted on the window structure.
