To provide a window swinging mechanism for a vehicle easily executed for a launching operation by providing high sealability for a small article, weather resistance and confidentiality even with a simple structure at a low cost and executing a rapid swinging operation.

A shaft 104a of a handwheel 104 is passed through an outside plate 101 formed with a window 102. A closing plate 105 is fixed to an outside end of the vehicle of the shaft 104a, and, a grip 104b is rotated to rotate the plate 105 as well. The handwheel 104 is urged to a vehicle inside by a spring 106. The plate 105 is brought into contact with the plate 101 by the urging force while crushing a seal 107 urged to the plate 101 side at the time of closing. To open the window, when the handwheel 104 is pushed outside and then rotated, the plate 105 is rotated in the state it is floated from the plate 101, and moved down, thereby opening the window 102.
