PURPOSE: To uniformly introduce drain water to condensers while improving condensable capacity, by mounting a partition wall into a drain pan, in a device provided with condensers mounted to both flanks of a chamber at the outdoor side in opposite shapes.

CONSTITUTION: When operation, outdoor air is sucked from an upper surface and the both flanks of a main body 2 by means of a blower 7 at the outdoor side in a chamber 5 at the outdoor side, heat exchanged with a condenser 6 and discharged outside the chamber. Indoor air is sucked from a front of the main body 2 by means of a blower at the indoor side in a chamber 4 at the indoor side, heat exchanged with an evaporator 9 and discharged inside the chamber at the desired temp. In this case, since a drain pan 10 partitioned into 1st and 2nd storage chambers 10a, 10b by means of a partition wall 11 is mounted to a lower portion of the evaporator 9, drain water formed at the evaporator 9 is uniformly introduced to the condenser 6 through each storage chamber 10a, 10b, scuppers 10c, 10d and drain hoses 12a, 12b and availably treated.
