A rubber section 2 for wiping a surface of a glass and an applying section 1 for applying chemical are attached to a holder section 3, arranging to front and rear rows to a removing direction of a wiper for a window in working time for wiping. A grip section 4 is assembled to the holder section 3. In this case, the holder section 3 is assembled angle-controllable to the grip section 4.
