CONSTITUTION: An air intake part 11 for taking in natural pair 1 during traveling id provided. An air compressing part 12 for compressing the natural air 1 fed from the air intake part 11 is provided. And air discharging parts 13, 14, 15 for blowing compressed air 2 fed from the air compressing part 12 to a front glass, side glasses or a rear glass are provided. A thin air layer is formed on the surface by discharged air 3 discharged from the air discharging parts 13, 14, 15, and drops of rain are wiped by this air layer.
