PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a windshield device capable of reliably reducing an influence of a wind, which is exerted on a solar panel installed at an interval upward from a roof surface, by a relatively simple configuration.SOLUTION: A windshield device for a solar panel (11) installed at an interval upward from a roof surface includes a windshield member (2) that is provided on the lateral side of the solar panel and that has an inclined plane (2a) elongated obliquely upward toward the solar panel to hinder a wind from intruding into a space between an undersurface (11a) of the solar panel and the roof surface, and an attachment member (3) for attaching the windshield member to a roof.
