Abstract:
To provide a polisher for easily polishing and regenerating a windshield wiper that is deteriorated and abraded.
A comb-shaped base is formed roughly in a comb shape, comprising a rubber polishing base 2 having a round face at a center. A water-resistant sand file 3 is applied to the surface of the rubber polishing base so as to form a rubber polishing part 4.
