The wiper blade includes: a refill which wipes away a surface to be slid; an elastic member made of resin holding the refill; and a wiper arm mount which is fixed to the elastic member and configured to be mountable to the wiper arm tip which performs reciprocate rotation. The elastic member is configured to generate the force to push the refill against the surface to be slid by receiving traveling wind pressure, while configuring the refill in elastic deformable so that the refill may be stuck to the surface to be slid.
