Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid damage to an element by detecting overvoltage caused by a surge and performing overvoltage elimination processing.SOLUTION: When a voltage detected by a voltage detection circuit 60 exceeds an overvoltage detection value in a state in which a wiper motor is stopped, a microcomputer 58 performs on-off control of transistor Tr1, Tr2, Tr3 and Tr4 constituting a drive circuit 56, in a period in which electric power of magnitude making wiping operations of wiper blades 28 and 30 unstarted is supplied to the wiper motor 18.
